Lily Allen says she’s “spiraling,” taking a hiatus from her podcast amid rumors that she and David Harbour are splitting.

Lily Allen opened up about her struggles on the latest episode of her Miss Me? podcast, addressing ongoing rumors about her marriage to David Harbour. The 39-year-old singer expressed how difficult it has been to maintain interest in anything due to her mental health challenges. “I’m finding it really hard to be interested in anything,” she said, explaining that she has been spiraling for months and the situation has become overwhelming.

Lily shared that her emotional struggles have led her to leave events early because of panic attacks or exhaustion, adding, “I can’t concentrate on anything except the pain that I’m going through.” In response to the mounting speculation surrounding her well-being, she clarified that she is not seeking treatment in rehab, dispelling rumors about a relapse. “I’ve not relapsed,” she confirmed, also addressing false claims circulating online about her being found in a crack den.

The singer also touched on the toll her mental health has taken on her eating habits, revealing that she’s been struggling with disconnection between her body and mind. “I’m not eating, but I’m not hungry. I obviously am hungry, but my body and my brain are so disconnected from each other,” she said.

Amidst these personal challenges, Lily has decided to take a break from her podcast, assuring listeners that she is taking time for self-care. She shares two daughters, Ethel and Marnie, with her ex-husband Sam Cooper.
