The Eagles Announce Final Sphere Shows

The Eagles have added eight final shows to their residency at the Sphere in Las Vegas. These will take place on October 3, 4, 10, 11, 31, and November 1, 7, and 8, 2025. This will bring their total performances at the venue to 44, surpassing the record previously held by U2. Tickets started selling on April 18, 2025, with prices beginning at $175.

Guitarist Steuart Smith Retires

Steuart Smith, the band’s longtime guitarist since 2001, retired in January 2025 after being diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. He has been replaced by Chris Holt, who is now touring with the band.

Tribute Event – “Heartache Tonight”

A tribute show titled “Heartache Tonight: The Music of the Eagles” will be held on May 17, 2025, at Timber Lake Playhouse in Mt. Carroll. A six-piece band will perform hits like “Hotel California,” “Peaceful Easy Feeling,” and “Heartache Tonight.
