Just In: Eagles Add September 2025 Shows To Sphere Residency, Bringing Total To 36 Concerts [Update]
UPDATE 3/19/25]: Eagles have once again added new dates to their ongoing Las Vegas Sphereresidency, bringing the total to 36 shows across 18 weekends.
run was previously scheduled to conclude in April after just two more weekends, with shows on April 4th–5th and 11th–12th, but now will extend into September with the addition of September 6th–7th and 12th–13th. Having kicked off the residency in September 2024, the band will have performed at the state-of-the-art venue four times a month every month for an entire year by the end of the run.
This announcement comes just days before Dead & Company are set to kick off their own Sphere residency. The two bands will alternate every two weekends for the duration of Dead & Co’s stay in Sin City.
Tickets for the new dates will go on sale via Ticketmaster on Friday, March 28th at 10:00 a.m. PT, but fans can register now on the band’s website for an artist pre-sale starting Tuesday, March 25th at 10:00 a.m. PT. Live Nation and Ticketmaster pre-sales will begin Wednesday, March 26th at 10:00 a.m. PT. A limited number of VIP Ticket Packages will be available and include premium seats, exclusive merchandise, parking, and more. Vibee Hotel & Experience packagesare on sale now.
The newly added dates begin on Valentines Day, February 14th, 2025, and continue the following night, February 15th, 2025. The final shows of the run are now scheduled for February 21st and 22nd.

7/15/24]: Eagles have once again extended their stay at Sphere with the announcement of four additional shows in Las Vegas. The country-rock progenitors will now occupy Sin City’s immersive state-of-the-art venue through January 2025 for a total of 20 concerts spread across five months. Find tickets via Ticketmaster here.
The new concerts for the new year will pick up on Friday, January 17th and Saturday, January 18th, 2025 followed by two more shows the following weekend on January 24th and 25th. This marks the third time that Don Henley, Joe Walsh, Timothy B. Schmit, Deacon Frey, and Vince Gill have extended their Sphere residency, currently their only tour dates. The announcement also comes as Dead & Companyround the corner on their 30-show Dead Forever residency, set to wrap on August 10th.

The band’s upcoming residency, set to kick off on September 20th, now consists of 16 concerts spread across eight weekends and scheduled to run through December. The newly announced Eagles shows at Sphere pick up where the previously announced dates left off, with additional performances on December 6th, 7th, 13th, and 14th.

The four newly added dates extend the total length of the residency to twelve dates split up into Friday–Saturday runs scattered throughout six weekends in September, October, and November of 2024. [6/13/24]: Eagles will become the fourth-ever band to play Las Vegas’ Sphere with a newly announced residency. The four-weekend run of concerts will follow Sphere engagements by U2, Phish, and Dead & Company, the latter of which is ongoing and will run through August.
The seminal country-rock chart-toppers will take over the $2 billion leap forward in concert technology beginning on Friday, September 20th and Saturday, September 21st and ending on Friday, November 8th and Saturday, November 9th. The residency is part of Eagles’ The Long Goodbye “official farewell tour” which started in 2023 and is expected to last through 2025.

Following years of construction, Sphere opened in fall 2023 with a 40-show residency by U2 celebrating its album Achtung Baby. Phish followed with just a four-night run in April, with Dead & Company setting up shop in May for the Dead Forever residencywhich currently clocks in at 30 shows set to run through August. The Grateful Dead offshoot has been continuously adding dates to their stay but now appears to have a move-out date before Eagles swoop in and take over.
