Sonic Youth Announces 2025 Surprise Global Tour and Highly Anticipated New Album

In a shocking move, Sonic Youth has announced a 2025 global tour and a highly anticipated new album, sending shockwaves of excitement throughout the music world.

The Eternal Return Tour

The tour, dubbed “The Eternal Return Tour”, will kick off in May 2025 and will visit over 30 cities across North America, Europe, and Asia. The tour will feature a mix of Sonic Youth’s classic hits, including “Bull in the Heather”, “Sugar Kane”, and “Teen Age Riot”, as well as new material from their upcoming album.

New Album: “Invisible Cities

The new album, titled “Invisible Cities”, is set to be released on July 15, 2025, via Matador Records. The album will feature 12 new tracks, including the lead single “Mirage”, which will be released in June 2025.
