The Real Housewives’ Karen Huger explains why she will not be attending the ‘Potomac’ Season 9 reunion to tape.
Karen Huger from The Real Housewives of Potomac is explaining her absence from the season nine reunion taping. While the rest of the cast, including Gizelle Bryant, Ashley Darby, Dr. Wendy Osefo, Mia Thornton, Stacey Rusch, and Keiarna Stewart, is filming with Andy Cohen, Karen is not participating due to her decision to enter a private recovery program.
Her manager, Ryan Tresdale, confirmed that Karen chose to focus on her personal growth and recovery, which led to her being unable to attend the reunion. Tresdale expressed full support for Karen’s decision and emphasized that they are proud of her for taking this important step.
This comes after Karen was found guilty of several charges related to a car crash in Potomac, Maryland, in March 2024. She was convicted on five charges, including driving under the influence (DUI), negligent driving, failure to control speed, and failure to notify authorities of an address change. However, she was acquitted of reckless driving. Andy Cohen has yet to publicly share his thoughts on the verdict.
