The drug case against Diddy’s alleged mule, Brendan Paul, has been dropped.

Brendan Paul, who was previously involved in a felony drug case in Florida, has had all charges dropped after completing a pretrial diversion program. State prosecutors dismissed the charges on Tuesday, as confirmed by his attorney, Brian Bieber.

Paul, who worked as Diddy’s assistant, was arrested in March at Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport when authorities allegedly found cocaine and marijuana candy in his bag. This arrest came around the same time federal agents raided Diddy’s homes in Los Angeles and Miami as part of a larger investigation into allegations of sex trafficking and more.

Despite his involvement in the case, federal sources confirm that Paul did not strike a deal with federal prosecutors regarding the ongoing investigation into Diddy. The charges against Paul have been dismissed, allowing him to avoid jail time and probation, marking a positive outcome for the former Syracuse University basketball player.
