The 29-year-old Kansas City Chiefs quarterback admitted to eating Doritos in bed, a practice he’s been doing “ever since I can remember,” but it’s not the eating that bothers Brittany. According to Patrick, it’s the noisy crunching of the chip bag that disrupts her sleep.

To avoid disturbing his wife, Patrick has worked on perfecting his technique for eating Doritos quietly. “I’ve actually become really good at being able to eat my Doritos without making noise,” he explained. “It’s just about the placement of the hand when you’re going in the bag. You’ve got to make sure that you really perfect that.”

He also noted that having kids has made him even more mindful of being quiet at night, especially since Brittany needs her sleep.
