Felicity Jones will produce and star in a Formula 1 series on Prime Video; the specifics have been revealed.

Prime Video is developing an exciting new drama series titled One, set in the high-stakes world of Formula 1. Academy Award nominee Felicity Jones is attached to star and executive produce the show, which is reported to be F1’s first officially sanctioned scripted series.
One will focus on a struggling, family-owned racing team, led by Jones’ character, as it grapples with fierce competition, challenging personalities, and multi-million-dollar stakes. The series is being written and executive produced by Oscar-nominated Mark Fergus and Hawk Ostby.
Though details are still under wraps, it’s unclear whether the show will tie in with F1’s race weekends, much like Brad Pitt’s F1 movie has done in recent years. Felicity Jones is also in the spotlight for her recent nomination for Best Supporting Female Actor, Film at the 2025 Golden Globes for her role in The Brutalist. The film itself is up for Best Motion Picture, Drama, among other nominations.
