Simple Minds Former Band Members Set to Reunite for Tribute

In a surprise move, former Simple Minds band members Jim Kerr, Charlie Burchill, Mick MacNeil, Derek Forbes, and Brian McGee have announced plans to reunite for a special tribute performance.

A Celebration of Simple Minds’ 40th Anniversary

The reunion is a celebration of Simple Minds’ 40th anniversary, and will feature a selection of the band’s greatest hits, including “Don’t You (Forget About Me)”, “Alive and Kicking”, and “Promised You a Miracle”. The performance will take place on November 15, 2025, at the iconic Barrowland Ballroom in Glasgow, Scotland.
