The ‘Mufasa’ cast from Disney transforms London’s Tower Bridge into Pride Rock for its UK premiere.

The cast of Mufasa: The Lion King made a grand entrance in London this week to celebrate the UK premiere of the highly anticipated film. On Wednesday night, December 11, the stars stepped out at the Cineworld Leicester Square in London, looking stunning on the red carpet. The voice cast included Aaron Pierre (Mufasa), Kelvin Harrison Jr. (Taka), Tiffany Boone (Sarabi), Seth Rogen (Pumbaa), Billy Eichner (Timon), and Anika Noni Rose (Afia), along with director Barry Jenkins. The excitement continued at a special photo-call at Potters Field Park, where the group posed in front of a transformed Tower Bridge, which was turned into Pride Rock for the occasion. The event also featured a performance by the South African Cultural Gospel Choir.

Other notable attendees included Mads Mikkelsen (Kiros), Preston Nyman (Zazu), Theo Somolu (Taka Cub), Folake Olowofoyeku (Amara), and Derrick L. McMillon (Mosi). The film, set to be released in theaters on December 20, promises to be a visual spectacle.

The cast members showcased their fashion on the red carpet with Aaron Pierre in Louis Vuitton, Tiffany Boone in Mithridate and Balmain, Kelvin Harrison Jr. in Prada, Anika Noni Rose in Ashi Studio, Seth Rogen in Zegna, and Billy Eichner in Dolce & Gabbana paired with Manolo Blahnik shoes. Mads Mikkelsen and director Barry Jenkins both wore Zegna.
