Why Didn’t Sabrina Carpenter Share Her Spotify Wrapped Top Artists List?
Sabrina Carpenter revealed her thoughts about her Spotify Wrapped and why she decided against sharing it publicly this year. In an interview with British Vogue, the 25-year-old singer and actress shared that she hesitated to post her list because it included her own music.
“It’s funny because when I first saw mine, my initial reaction was, ‘Oh, d-mn, I can’t post that, because I’m on my own [list]. It’s a bit conceited,’” Sabrina admitted. However, she reflected on the positive side, saying, “I guess it’s a good thing that I’m on my list and listening to my own music, because it means I f-ck with what I do.”
Besides her own songs, her Top Artists included legends like Dolly Parton, ABBA, Kacey Musgraves, and the Bee Gees. Notably, her single “Espresso” was Spotify’s most-streamed song of the year.
On December 10, Sabrina made a stylish appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert in New York City. She turned heads in a chic black coat with leopard print lapels and a matching beret, an outfit inspired by Fran Drescher’s iconic style from The Nanny. Fans were quick to spot the homage, and People provided side-by-side comparisons showcasing the look.
Sabrina continues to captivate audiences with her talent, music, and fashion-forward choices!
