Dorinda Medley recalls discussing Britney Spears’ divorce with Sam Asghari, but she initially didn’t know who he was.

Dorinda Medley recently shared a humorous story about her time on The Traitors with Sam Asghari, revealing that she had no idea who he was when they competed together. During a conversation about divorce, Dorinda was offering advice to Sam, asking him what his wife did. It was then that Britney Haynes, another castmate, informed her that Sam was actually Britney Spears’ ex-husband.

Dorinda admitted on SiriusXM’s The Julia Cunningham Show that she was completely unaware of Sam’s connection to Britney. She explained, “I’m very good at being in this world and very good at being not in this world, and I think that’s how I’ve kept my sanity all these years.”

When asked if Sam had mentioned specifics about his divorce, Dorinda clarified that they hadn’t discussed the details of the breakup. Instead, she shared that she mothered Sam, comforting him and reassuring him that he would find someone new. She said, “I was mothering him ‘cause that’s what I naturally do. I love to cook for people, take care of them, work them through their problems.”

This came after Sam recently debuted a new relationship.
