Al-Nassr, home of Cristiano Ronaldo, has decided to sell the 30-year-old star: Reports

Cristiano Ronaldo’s Al-Nassr have reportedly made the decision to sell 30-year-old Brazilian forward Talisca, who has been at the club since 2021. Talisca, who joined from Guangzhou FC for a reported €8 million, has been a key player for the Saudi Arabian club, making 104 appearances, scoring 76 goals, and providing 10 assists. This season, he has scored eight goals in 19 games across competitions. Talisca’s current contract with Al-Nassr runs until the summer of 2026, but it is believed he could leave the club in 2025.

The forward has been heavily linked with a move to Turkish giants Fenerbahce, managed by Jose Mourinho, Ronaldo’s former boss at Real Madrid. Talisca and Ronaldo have played 49 games together since the latter’s arrival at Al-Nassr in 2023, combining for seven goals.

In a separate note, Cristiano Ronaldo, who is in the final year of his contract with Al-Nassr, shared his plans to retire in Saudi Arabia. He stated in an interview in August that he is “happy at this club” and feels good in the country, adding that he “probably will retire here at Al-Nassr.” Although he’s 39 years old, Ronaldo has continued to perform at a high level, and his contract status with Al-Nassr is a topic of interest, given his age and recent comments about potentially staying at the club for the remainder of his career.
