Scarlett Johansson, Colin Jost’s wife, was present as he was forced to make jokes about her during the ‘SNL’ weekend update tradition!

Scarlett Johansson made a special appearance during the final Saturday Night Live episode of the year, where her husband, Colin Jost, was involved in the annual tradition of reading jokes written by his co-anchor, Michael Che, for the Weekend Update segment.

In this year’s edition, Michael Che wrote jokes about Scarlett, and she was in the hallway, watching live as Colin read them for the first time. The first joke Colin read was a playful dedication to Scarlett: “I want to dedicate this next joke to my boo, Scarlett Johansson.” He then joked about her turning 40, saying, “Y’all know Scarlett just celebrated her 40th birthday, which means I’m about to get up out of there!” Before Scarlett could react too seriously, Colin quickly laughed it off, saying, “Shiz! Nah, nah. I’m just playin’.”

The joke escalated when Colin read, “We just had a kid together, and y’all ain’t see no pictures of him yet, because he’s Black as hell!” A Photoshopped image of the couple holding a Black baby appeared on the screen, adding to the humorous moment.

The final joke involved Costco removing their roast beef sandwich from the menu, but Colin jokingly turned the punchline to, “I be eating roast beef every night since my wife had the kid!” He quickly clarified with a playful “Nah, nah, I just playin’ baby. You know I don’t go downtown! Shiz! That’s gay as hell!”

Throughout the segment, Scarlett’s live reactions to Colin’s delivery added an extra layer of humor, making for a memorable moment on SNL.
