Olivia Dunne, the girlfriend of Paul Skenes, expresses her feelings by attending her big night at PMAC.

Olivia Dunne, the reigning NCAA gymnastics champion with the LSU Tigers, shared her thoughts about the Pete Maravich Assembly Center (PMAC), a venue that has hosted numerous significant gymnastics meets over the years. LSU’s gymnastics team has been nearly unbeatable at the PMAC, and after helping the Tigers secure their first NCAA title in April, Dunne committed to a fifth year with the team. She expressed her excitement for an exhibition event at the PMAC, writing, “Gym 101 is so much fun and everyone should be in the PMAC tonight.”

Dunne will continue to lead the LSU gymnastics squad when the season opens on January 3, when they face the Iowa State Cyclones in Baton Rouge. In addition to her gymnastics achievements, Dunne has made a name for herself on social media and in the spotlight.

She also spoke about her relationship with Paul Skenes, the Pittsburgh Pirates’ rookie sensation. Dunne and Skenes first met at LSU in 2022, and after Skenes transferred from the Air Force Academy, he played a key role in helping the Tigers win the College World Series. In 2024, Skenes had an impressive rookie season, winning the NL Rookie of the Year award and finishing third in the Cy Young voting.

In an interview with PEOPLE, Dunne shared how their contrasting personalities complement each other. “I feel like we’re like yin and yang,” she said, explaining that while she enjoys the spotlight and social media, Skenes avoids it entirely. Despite their differences, Dunne believes their relationship works because of their balance.
